I fully appreciate the fact that you're courting 'the mainstream' as you put it - you're a business and you want to make profit. But you are starting to sound a whole lot more like some of the bigger ISP's out there and that's your right because it is of course ultimately your choice to decide in which direction to take your company. It's just that in reading your response, a lot of the things you state simply come across as justifications instead of honest explanations and your tone in general is just a little too patronising for me.
I guess what I'm trying to say is it's a little disingenuous to try and come across like a Mom 'n Pop grocer while you're erecting the Pick 'n Pay signboards in the background.
