Web Africa ADSL general feedback

Browsing since 08:00 has been terrible. Just to load these pages is a slow, painful experience :( (especially in Durban with the heat and humidity!!)

Surely this is the most basic part of my internet and should work properly. I am not DL or anything

Let's see where the issues are creeping in.

The problem wasn't with the midnight latency issue, it's during the day.

Local sites (especially MyBB) are still feeling sluggish. International sites like Facebook and gmail seems to be back to normal (that were slow yesterday).

Thanks for the tracert's guys. I've passed this directly onto the Networking guys to have a look into. We're working hard on getting this resolved.

I'm SOOO disappointed in WebAfrica and regret moving to them as my main ISP. I've had no further feedback on my ticket and my situation has not improved. Sure, my speedtest results are up from 0.24Mbps to around 1 Mpbs, but I'm on a capped account and should get FULL speed. I've retested using Afrihost and getting > 8 Mpbs. WebAfrica, you've had ample time to resolve this issue, but you didn't even give proper feedback! :mad:. Looks like I'm moving to Afrihost...
