Web sQuad ISP - Feedback Thread #2

We're launching a 2.5G on a certain CPT network soon! Sadly no news on 1G+ on Vuma yet.
I'm right in saying that Vuma's Active ethernet network is best suited for it right?

They should be able to go up to 10Gb. assuming that there is enough backhaul bandwidth?

@websquadza ticket number is 235794. Is there any troubleshooting I can do from my side to at least rule out anything from my side.

Edit: For others who upgraded with the Black Friday deals and have a static IP: mine got changed during the upgrade.

Sadly it's not our friends in pink. But yes, their network should have been the first to support this as it's technically the most able to. Hopefully they come to the party soon. They have the backhaul, the design and capability in place. It's a matter of the right hardware and commercials now

Evening, it seems that the Vuma upgrade process is indeed losing static IP configs on their portal. We've re-assigned your static and you should be back online.

intermittent internet again. when doing a ping to google it keeps getting intermittent timeouts

Hi there, anyone else have poor upload speeds. Bearly managing 10mbps on a 200mbps upload package. ONT reboot did not solve the issue either. JHB Rivonia area.

Merry Christmas! Is there an issue with DNS? Struggling to load websites like Wikipedia this evening and other international sites, works fine through mobile services
