Man, some good deals to be had there!

MyBroadband: RSAWEB – Summer Fibre Sale.
I can have a 500mbps line (openserve) for cheaper on RSA Web than my current 100mbps line on @websquad. How is that possible? Their level of service scores very high amongst ISPs

@websquadza - sorry to post this here but it's been 24 hours with no response to my emails, nor PMs, after the initial cancellation query went unanswered for several days and meanwhile the clock is ticking till the end of the month.

All I want to know is whether I can (a) cancel this month and have the line released without being charged for January and (b) since the 1st of Jan falls on a Saturday (and because it's also new year's day etc) whether or not the line could be released earlier the previous week to make sure there are people around to address any possible migration issues.
Apologies, I see there was a reply issued here, but shared mailbox seems a bit broken. Team are re-sending it now.

You get what you pay for. Good luck once you need support. May as well go even cheaper with Webafrica for R899

These deals look very good - and all below cost (for example, Openserve line rentals aren't covered by these prices (these costs are public knowledge after being published on MyBB earlier this year)), let alone Openserve interconnect costs or transit (your actual internet costs). As far as the deal goes, you get some good pricing for a limited time (until April 2022) and then you're charged full price. That said, we're not in the business of price gouging to gain market share (all hidden behind fairly comprehensive Ts and Cs). We'd prefer to continue delivering the service level you've become accustomed to, and selling below cost doesn't help us achieve this.

Saw a short dip in traffic on our AEX NNI between 19:34 and 19:36; but traffic levels are back to normal. We're investigating to see what may have caused it.
