Just had another drop! Whats going on since yesterday?
We had a drop as well in the middle of my wifes exam. Came back a few minutes later.Vuma Trenched

Can you confirm areas please? We need this to push back to Vumatel. Seems specific to Bryanston Master on Vuma, but need to be sure.

Any MTRs will also help. We don't have visibility into what may be happening on Vumatel's network. So we need to get some insight from your side to push for feedback.

Hi @websquadza
Vuma Wireless - Wilgeheuwel.
Ok, managed to track your PPPOE session; looks like it's been up for 713 hours. So doesn't seem like line drops. Can you try run an MTR when it happens and please open a ticket with support. Have a feeling this is related to your open speed ticket as well.

No service in Melkbos on Octotel at the moment. Rebooted ont and router. still nothing. Anyone else in the western seaboard area?

What does a double flash green light mean on the fibre ont? Vuma trenched JHB North.
It goes flash flash pause, flash flash pause.
It's been like this for a few days now. Normally the green light would be solid. Not saying there's an error regarding this, just trying to understand because the behaviour is different from before.

I will try check my logs for when the break happened, I didn't run an MTR unfortunately.
I was on cable and wife was on wireless.

No notices from what I can see. Please log a ticket so we can quickly escalate.

Can you log a ticket as well please. Will ask the team to check your fibre levels and also confirm what that double flash means.
