YEP DOWN AGAIN!
Teams are still investigating this morning's incident, and a change was made then rolled back. Services are back to normal.
 
What is up with Cloudflare.
You try to access MyBB and take for ever to load. Cloudflare is in the way?
Mybb should get off cloudflare asap, site is unresponsive quite a lot these days. This morning it’s super annoying.
 
I checked with our team, she did receive the response, finally.
Tried to DM you but MYBB is being weird, so messaging here.

Really struggling to get replies to my ticket and it's getting urgent. I'm moving house and want to keep the contract with you. I was told to cancel the contract and open a new one, which seems weird but ok. However, it also means a new fibre installation between now and end September. All the details went in 31 August and I'm trying to get confirmation of an installation date with no luck and intermittent replies. Can you help?
 
What is up with Cloudflare.
You try to access MyBB and take for ever to load. Cloudflare is in the way?
Mybb should get off cloudflare asap, site is unresponsive quite a lot these days. This morning it’s super annoying.
MyBB uses Cloud flare for ddos protection as well as CDN and acceleration (ironically) as far as I know. Could be a little hiccup on CF's side.

Morning. I've asked the team to call you this morning and assist you to get everything finalised. Apologies, some of your mails are not being piped or not promptly. Have you tried using our portal (my.websquad.co.za)?
 
Anyone else having issues in KZN? Vumatel trenched. YouTube etc is buffering a lot
 
Still struggling with this? No reports of any issues in the area but happy to take a look
Seems to have come right since around 5pm. It was just certain things like YouTube taking very long and buffering, but worked fine with mobile data. I’ll let you know if I notice it again
 
Any known issues with streaming on disney plus via vuma or Websquad?
Last two days it's been very intermittent on my fiber, no issues on my mobile network.

Not seeing any drops/ PL on ping plotter

edit: Pinging the CDN where it is streaming from shows up PL happening at a Hop. Will leave it running as it seems to go in in and out

edit2: Second image showing insane PL with the last two hops, assume not much can be done about that

We've picked up on an issue on a physical interface facing JINX. We've turned this port down for the time being. Let me know if you see any improvements?

I saw people complaining about port flaps at jinx. Probably related.
 
We've picked up on an issue on a physical interface facing JINX. We've turned this port down for the time being. Let me know if you see any improvements?

Seemed to have fixed the issue, have not had any interruption since. Thanks again!
 
Anyone else having no fibre vumatel in Cape Town southern suburbs? Been like this for 15min ish.
