I would just like to say thank you to Websquad support for their excellent customer service. I had a really strange issue where my router just fell over and would not connect, no matter what was done and they went above and beyond to make sure I got back on line and once the router very oddly and strangely came back to life, they left the ticket open again for a day and a half to make sure it did not happen again.
Thank you very much, the service was excellent, very impressive!

Thank you for the kind words, we appreciate it! I'll share with the team!

Just wanted to leave a note to say a BIG thank you Web Squad for outstanding service. I was moving to a temporary address and wanted to retain my fibre with them for my next move. They went out of their way to ensure they made a temporary plan for me - beyond the call of duty. This is the main reason I will stay with Web Squad because their customer service is better than any other ISP in the game.

Thanks for the feedback, we really appreciate it! Hope the move has gone smoothly!

Morning - not seeing any notices for North Riding- but I suspect this may be related to last weekend's outage. How's the connection this morning?

This morning, so far so good, in total had 3 outages last night for about 15 mins each

Is there an issue with WebSquad routing at the moment? Am having trouble connecting to a lot of sites including anything on CloudFlare such as mybroadband. If I enable a VPN (through core.pe-xe-ip01.cp1.za.ws.net.za (160.119.232.19)) it's ok.

traceroute to mybroadband.co.za (104.22.46.73), 64 hops max, 52 byte packets

1 router (192.168.88.1) 0.679 ms 0.225 ms 0.210 ms
2 core.as-01.cp1.za.ws.net.za (160.119.238.1) 2.167 ms 1.887 ms 1.952 ms

Nothing that we're aware of; we're able to access cloudflare sites etc from CPT at present. Traceroute also looks good. Sounds more like an MTU issue - connecting to VPN auto adjusts MSS and gets around FNO MTU mishaps. Area and FNO? And router in use?
