Anyone who came here from Cool Ideas : Are you happy with the move?

Cool Ideas is not broken or anything just often enough streaming and browsing performance is just not up to what I expect.
The FNO seems to be the issue 90% of the time

I moved a few years ago from CISP to Wirulink due to all the speed issues people have been complaining about since (dismal international speeds for instance), with the poor support, etc (you can dig out my posts if you are interested), so I think I count? Lol

Moved to WebSquad this year and couldn't be happier (wasn't unhappy with Wirulink, but the 1gbit was too tantalizing to pass over). Support actually can provide support. Network issues are solved incredibly quickly. Speeds are consistent. @websquadza is incredibly knowledgable and doesn't mind taking the time to answer questions and explain the answers. Etc, etc.

I really hope things don't change as the company grows, as that would really be a shame...

Yep. This pretty much sums it up for me. If I have a problem, they sort it out. The level of support I have received here really makes other ISP's look like amateurs.

I sincerely hope this recipe never changes. It's working out great for me.

I echo the above sentiments but we have to be realistic.. I don't think this level of support is sustainable when they grow. I hope I'm wrong though!

Morning. Just followed up to see if this was processed, looks like the new service had not been activated. I’ve pushed it through. Your line will be running 100/10 now.

International seems to be down entirely, can't load pages and my Battle.Net launcher is saying I'm offline, local works. is there an issue?
