Any issue anyone is aware of at the moment?

There seems to be a lot of packet loss all of a sudden.

@websquadza is it possible to do something about 185.60.114.159
For some reason it keeps switching routes every few seconds in the EU side. Its one of the 3 WoW server ips (https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/7870) that seems to be used, then not, then used, then not

Will check with our upstreams - but seems to be a Blizzard thing (withdrawing prefix advertisements in London -which results in this being transit traffic). Will update as soon as we have feedback.

Looks like a Vuma issue. Also affected (working from home). I've emailed their NOC, seeing massive packet loss across the Bryanston Master Node fabric).

Update on this: Seeing major outages in Northwold and Olivedale as well as some parts of Bryanston. Still no feedback from Vumatel NOC.

How does the Octotel promo work? I signed up for 200/25 and am on 200/25 AFAIK. Does it not apply to new accounts?

Does that mean I could've ordered a 100mbps package for R200/month less and been on 200mbps for 6 months? Too bad the salesperson didn't mention it.
Similar happened to me on CISP/Vuma - Upgraded to 1G to test it out before the double up promo started, but was told that if I downgrade back to my original 100/100 package I would forfeit the promo and just get what I downgraded to :( Would have been lekker to rock 200/200 (same price as 1G) at the price of 100/100 for a couple months but hey that's just how it goes I guess. Still on 1G :)
