As always, log a ticket, issue clears and response is that there never was an issue. We're pushing for a bit more of an answer now as we'd like to see this resolved. It's not a area wide issue as other clients in the area are unaffected. Just seems to intermittently affect your line.

Yeah - it would be a few dozen lines as I live in a flat complex - but I'm unsurprised at their response.
 
@websquadza I have completely lost internet this side. Can't open a ticket because your website is completely non functional on the Samsung mobile browser for some reason.

Aaaaaaand we're back. So it wasn't you that fixed it?

Router showed zero incoming traffic for about 10 minutes, then suddenly it came back.

They're outdoing themselves these days.

BTW the main websquad website layout is unusable on Samsung mobile browser. I managed to get to the My web squad portal from the links right at the bottom of the page but the rest of the page appears to be sized to about 80% of the viewport width, but not in a responsive fashion, it just appears cropped and the navigation links at the top are missing.
