Morning @websquadza , first off, thank you for the awesome service the other night! im pretty sure there aren't many ISP's out there that assist customer like this!

I do have another query though, since this whole issue began, and was resolved, my international speed has been everywhere , i've tried my Netgear Nighthawk router as well, just to be sure it isnt something with this sketchy edgerouter, but the results are the same,

Local speed tests are fine, they all 200/200 in jhb , and 200/160 to cpt

I think there may be an issue with WS's speed test. I get similar results:

But using the Coreix London server for speedtest.net:

Coreix is also all over the place, I’ll get 200/200 now, and the next run will be 90/30

So our speedtest.lon.websquad server isn't an on net server (we don't have our own physical server sitting at the end of our transit routes), but a server hosted by Digital Ocean and on their network. We chose them because their network is not local peering (IE they don't have a presence locally on NAP like AWS, Azure and a bunch others do). Their network is also pretty consistent, with the server delivering about 200-300 Mbps most of the time, but seeing a little less on tests here as well - so may be an issue that side... Will run some tests to see. @Seeyou did your test run over v6 or v4? (it will show your IP at the bottom).

Yep - London IP.

We’ve picked up on sporadic prefix withdrawals or failed accepts- and not across the entire range of advertisements, but a select few prefixes. We’re working with our upstreams to see exactly what’s causing this. It lasts only a few seconds and doesn’t show in logs- but traffic can take a short while to re-route over alternate paths when prefixes withdraw rapidly, which is what you’re seeing here. Will have an update as soon as we isolate this. Apologies for the inconvenience.

A shoutout to @websquadza, he really went out of his way, on a Saturday night, instead of having another round of coitus with his chick, he was spending his time remotely logging into my mac and running tests on my line.

No ISP has ever gone this far to help resolve my issues.

Give that man a bells.

Legendary service , experienced it on Tuesday night

And what was the result? Any progress?
