@websquadza any updates on this matter? Haven't received a reply to my ticket (#883766) yet but internet is unusable at the moment with almost all websites either returning an internal error message or they simply time out, work conference calls are also dropping and even netflix and youtube won't even launch. Please could you look into this?Replied to my ticket with MTR results.
Issue just popped up right now, I had an MTR running in the backround while this was happening but not seing any packet loss or anything but all webpage return a connection timed out error, netflix not loading, steam is offline but funny enough whatsapp and even mybroadband website loads fine.
When I receive a reply to my ticket I will send back the current MTR that ran in the backround while internet went funky.
Edit: Ok no packet loss to speedtest.dbn.websquad.co.za but seing some packloss to speedtest.websquad.co.za

Cam you check this again, looks like an Edge router was having a bad time in JHB. We took it offline around 1pm. Things seem to have cleared up since.

Vendor made some route changes around 3pm, path looking stable now.We are seeing some losses on our NLD paths. We are down one route between JHB and KZN (Major break on the fibreco route, excavator on site to repair damage caused by contractors); and the secondary is showing some loss despite only being at 30% capacity. We're engaging the route vendor for some feedback

Sorry, been trying to at least get any update from Vuma before responding; it sucks saying that we're getting no new feedback every time you follow up. Cool, keep us posted.DDos shouldn’t be affecting Paygate. Will check on what’s going on here - this is peering traffic.
Had a chat to the new provider yesterday- configs should be complete on their side by Tuesday and we’ll bring them up.

Edit: I should I use use PiHole as a recursive DNS server, could be the query that's being blocked?
