Anyone having issues with netflix? Keeps buffering and dropping quality.

No issues with Netflix from what I can see. Traffic flows look good. Have you tested on another device?Anyone having issues with netflix? Keeps buffering and dropping quality.
Thanks. Seems to be only Tinder Swindler (lol) with Atmos. Atmos off and it seems to work. Weird. Thanks in any case.No issues with Netflix from what I can see. Traffic flows look good. Have you tested on another device?
Yes. My International speeds are really slow.Having an extremely poor experience at the moment! Anyone else?
Your issue is related to packet loss on the last mile. We have been following up with Vumatel in this regard- just be patient. It does take time for them to investigate these issues if the basics like light levels are good like your line. We have been following up for a resolution though.Having an extremely poor experience at the moment! Anyone else?
Area and FNO? Please open a ticket so the team can investigate.Yes. My International speeds are really slow.
Will escalate to accounts. Won’t be a problem at all@websquadza could you please get someone to look into ticket 306891.
I need my debit order info removed so I can pay via the portal or some other means.

Any examples we can look at?Does seem international performance is bit wobbly
I'm not home to get exact info, but torrents and some "unofficial" streams are buffering to hellAny examples we can look at?
Any details you can get will help identify where an issue may be. With multiple upstream paths to our network, examples help narrow it down. Also your network and region so we can see how the traffic is reaching you.I'm not home to get exact info, but torrents and some "unofficial" streams are buffering to hell
@websquadza Do you guys use the same KZN NLD path as Cool Ideas? I'm tired of the terrible quality we've been getting on them for the past year and a half and i'm looking at switching ISP's, look at this trace to google.co.za:

Apologies for missing this one earlier. We share at least one common NLD vendor between KZN and JHB as far as I know - there are only so many vendors who build these long distance routes and these vendors have all had a bad few weeks due to vandalism, breaks and thefts. Think of each of the NLD vendors as just being a L2 (long ethernet cable) between each region. We then use a combination of these L2 paths to make up our redundant network routes between the different regions. If a path fails, traffic shifts to another and so on. The few unique paths between JHB and KZN are provided by: DFA via their N4/N2/Regional route, Liquid via the N3 and some regional paths, Seacom (FibreCo) via the the N3, BBI and finally Openserve who have two direct paths (although I can't confirm the routes). So there aren't that many options when you cross out the less reliable routes. KZN-CPT only has a single (semi reliable) vendor at this point.@websquadza Do you guys use the same KZN NLD path as Cool Ideas? We use an underlay/overlay network design, which abstracts the actual physical path traffic takes (L3) from the paths used to reach different points (L2) on our core network. This means our looking glass will show you the same hops (albeit different latencies) irrespective of which NLD paths are up.WebSquad has got a looking glass you can use for comparinghttps://lg.as328137.net/
No problem, will run checks on our side in the meanwhile and see what we pick up. You can always PM me IPs if you need me to run some checks.Yeah fair, just sending a warning flare to keep eyes in the interim if somebody else has more info to report![]()
