1000/200 Vumatel trenched

fwiw, i'm getting 1000 on the vumatel speedtest
 
Why don't you throw more of a tantrum? I'm sure THEN they'll fix your issue faster.

Please confirm if theres work being done or are you guys just monitoring?

Line is dropping and having latency issues.

JHB: Thanks for your patience here and apologies for my radio silence, it's been all hands on deck this side. We believe we've isolated an issue to a piece of hardware that isn't doing what it says on the box. Unfortunately it's not as easy as turning it off and on, so we've been busy bringing up an entire parallel network through the course of the afternoon, to move traffic, before dealing with this hardware. We're still at it and hoping to move some traffic over the next few hours.
 
@websquadza I am having issues with slow speeds and loss of connectivity for the 3rd day in a row now. See ticket 576199

We are busy testing the new device, a small amount of traffic has been moved over; we should start moving more traffic over during the course of the morning.
