Do you have a url you connect to? Or is windows resource monitor showing anything? Let me know if we need to extend the trialIT just ignored me, I'll ask again tomorrow.
I don't know if they will provide me an address to test latency against.

Shouldn't be any Youtube issues. Not seeing any packet loss?

Anyway I can escelate to them? Doubt they would listen. This is an ATV issue; they have known capacity constraints in SA at the moment. It seems content specific, like their backfill isn’t fast enough. Some content I’m testing now is perfect, some not.
Resource monitor, look for the busiest citrix processes on the network tab trafficwise, grab IPsI connect to my work VM via Citrix.
Basically I go to a link in my browser, enter my OTP and username/pass and then I click on a link that takes me to my work VM.
I'm not sure if testing against that URL will actually tell us anything about the actual connection to the VM itself.
You have any experience with debugging Citrix VDI latency issues? I'm a bit clueless here.
OK good to know. I'll need to ask the team to check on TikTok and see how the lives feel. Thanks for the heads up.Seems ok now, was just on a few random videos earlier.
Is TikTok ok? Performance in loading TT lives feels noticeably laggier than on Vox.

Citrix should still be establishing a direct connection, so an IP from resource monitor would go a long way to figuring that issue out.I connect to my work VM via Citrix.

We can try pushing a little this side. Will reach out to their NOC and see what they sayAnyway I can escelate to them? Doubt they would listen.

Resource Monitor is a flood of IPs, how exactly do I narrow down and identify what IP I'm looking for here?Hmmmmm ok, let me dig a bit this morning to try to see if I can find what IP I'm connecting to. Will post back here later.
Try filter by bitrate- a Remote Desktop streaming session should show up as constant traffic as opposed to some smaller connections here and there. Reverse dns records sometimes also include keywords like Citrix. I’m not 100% versed on the Citrix setup though.Resource Monitor is a flood of IPs, how exactly do I narrow down and identify what IP I'm looking for here?

Thanks for the heads up - can you send me a screenshot of the captcha bug? Will get the guys onto it asap.@websquadza I can't actually even log. WHMCS is complaining about a missing captcha and there is no captcha on the mobile theme
Edit: back up, but you need to fix that catcha bug. Had to go up the mountain to get a good enough cell signal to open the desktop site
Fibre dead again, Randpark, Randburg, 2nd time this week
An increasing number of non Network Incident (NWI) related short outages in the JHB region these past weeks. We will bring this up with a SDM. Sending a ticket gets a Tier 1 "client is online" response, so pretty pointless.Vuma having issues again? Just dragged myself out of bed and I see network is dead. Can't get onto websquad to even log, stupid vodacom
Same...Internet down. Wilgeheuwel. Vuma Aerial.

NWI has been acknowledged by Vuma. Relatively large spread, but the NWI is still light on details. Looks to be Reflex (old AEX) related. No ETR provided as yet@websquadza
Looks like a big portion of Vuma's network is down in Roodepoort.
My whole area is down (all different ISP's). I've logged a support ticket.
