WebAfrica Capped ADSL

What's up with WA? Can't even stream with a Business Capped account. Trying a free 1 GB Axxess account and it works fine! :wtf:

WA, you need to have answers or we will cancel this month. It's after 6 PM for goodness sake!
 
Tried it now on Webafrica shaped home capped and works fine that's weird for a Business Capped account
 
Even twit.tv is buffering every now and again, even at 240p. And this has been the one stream that no account ever buffers.

@WA, would you allow us to cancel without a calendar month notice, I saw you assisted other forumites with that?
 
I am also having difficult time with my CAPPED account which feels to be throttled somewhat. I had a live chat with an agent and he informs of a "IPC link" with is down on the IS side of thing. whatever a "IPC link"is
 
Rapidgator seems to working again but like biometrics, browsing/streaming was not good at all last night.
 
Why can I not cancel my account throught the website? it says I need to call? if I can sign up without going through the call center I should be able to cancel the same way.

Internet Solutions has reported that one of their IPC links in Cape Town is currently out of service.

Their technical team is currently attending to the issue although no Estimated Time to Resolution has been provided as yet.

ADSL customers in the Cape Town area
Telkom Fibre To The Home customers in the Cape Town area

Just wanted to check my usage this month and suddenly realized that more Gb's has been added!

Your internet is so rubbish, even your own website gives and error. Netflix can't even stream.
