how quickly do you get shaped on the capped accounts? I have a 10m line and although I would do most of my downloads between 12 and 6 I would sometimes need to download during the day - mostly using NNTP. I don't use torrents.
What are realistic speeds I can expect on P2P downloads during the day on a 40mbps home capped 600GB package? I'm keen on taking that package but I'm not feeling too keen on it being shaped at all, nevermind the second lowest priority - "Titanium".

Looking to move from AH purely because I cannot handle the concept of being shaped on a capped account.
On the home capped accounts will streaming still be possible during business hours since it a home account?
I have not had any issues streaming during business hours yet.

Our Home capped accounts are shaped/prioritized as well, but mainly P2P and NNTP during business hours.

whats the cancellation terms of the capped packages?
Business hrs are weekdays 8am-5pm.
Cancellations are the same for all services which requires a full calender months notice i.e: cancellations must be submitted before the last day of a month for it to be effective at the end of the following month.
