For capped you will need to cough up a few more dollah and get the business accounts.If you want 100% speed all the time that is.
 
I have a capped account and my youtube starts playing and then freaking buffers and stutters. Browsing is fine...cant even get showmax to play smoothly- this only happened over last week now.

This is one of my constant issues and frustrations.

I do understand with uncapped as you have stars or whatever it is that you use to limit people. The reason I have capped is so that I can choose when to use my defined amount of data and - within reason - I should be able to get good performance at any stage.

Be that as it is; you say business hours which I would understand to be 08:00 to 17:00. My question is why at mid to late evening some nights am I getting 15% odd speed on my capped account? Surely after 17:00 I should be getting close to 100% line speed?

I must say that this is very erratic with some evenings perfect performance and other terrible. This issue raises it's ugly head on a semi regular basis and get sorted and all good for a while and then back to square one with issues again.

I'm still having inconsistently bad YT. Here's an example from right now:

This again is on a 10Mbit line that is not having issues on other sites...
 
Noticing bad performance over the last few weeks in game and general stuff like streaming and browsing. We're on a 20 meg fibre line (think it uses the home basic cap). Going to jump ship and give VOX a go next month to see how it compares.
 
Their whole network is fcked for months now they throttle and shape capped accounts relentlessly

10meg line here, been stable for months and only time I've ever seen shaping is during daytime.

Having said that I twice experienced some slowness over the weekend, but then again, I've been giving their after hours terabyte a serious hammering.

2 x 40Mbps lines here. Buffers on youtube
Northern suburbs, where do you stay maybe it's regional?

I meant ward. As in you must live in a DA governt place as that's the only conclusion I can come up with if your WA is working as its been a k@k ISP since after everyone jumped ship from AF in the mass excodus of the the AfriLie
