I feel the same about a good bunny and a beer. But the longer you go without it the easier it is.
Thanx.
I think I need breakfast. That might be it...
Thanks.

Why does Thor sound like one of those religious nuts that only believe what he wants to believe and can't use his own brain to see the difference between what's real and what is not?
Maybe invisible man got hold of him. Thor what is Thor?
"My ass is so Thor I can't sit."
People have different opinions. Deal with it. If you don't like the opinion of this group F off and go find a group that agrees with you.
Like Fanie says. You sound like a Religious extremist.
Now my question. When in this journey do you guys cheat? Once a month? Once every three months?
( I crave pizza )![]()
Because he is hard headed and unwilling to enter a mutually beneficial debate, but rather charges in with blind faith that his knowledge is correct and everyone else is merely ignorant![]()
Well thats a bit harsh - I don't personally like the LCHF opinion and I am certainly not F-ing off- he could however approach the topic in a better manner
Maybe I came across very fcking unlikable at the start and I apologize for that. My whole issue I had/have is the majority of people following the LCHF are sheep ( again this probably don't apply to you "educated" personal trainers here on mybb), but most actually every single human I met in real life that did LCHF is an overweight person to afraid to walk down the stairs and then resorted to this LCHF as last try. ( Eat McDonalds in front of the TV whilst loosing weight )
That was my problem, Yes, I am also a tad bit still skeptical about saturated fats and animal fats which every single Nutritionist on bodybuilding.com ( really credited site ) says it's wrong. They advocate fats I mean I love fats, but what I perceive as healthy fats and gets results from is clearly different than the fats most guys here advocates for.
Althou the Fats part isn't that much of an issue compared to my actual gripe with LCHF.
I really hope this post clears some misconceptions about my posts up a bit better ?
Tx, I haven't cheated since New Years... But pizza is my favorite foodI would sleep in the box... Sigh.
I'm going to try that "blomkool" pizza.

Cauliflower pizza if done correctly is Bladdy awesome
Look, frankly I give up, you keep coming at this from a perspective of body building and accredited body building sites (whatever makes then accredited I have no idea because they're also probably stuck using the same dogma that doctors and nutritionists use)
You keep throwing back other opinions from blogs and health magazines and totally ignore scientific fact that some of us take the time to post for you.
What you and a lot of other people do is fall straight into mass hysteria when someone comes with an opposing view like Tim Noakes and you then promptly shoot the messenger.
Instead of asking yourself why would a guy like Noakes who is well respected in his field suddenly turn around after 30 years or so of being known as the carb king and change his mind. Do you really think he just woke up one morning and changed his mind, no, he cave across research that got him thinking so he started doing more and more research which started painting a very different picture. By all measures Noakes was late to the party and is not solely responsible for LCHF, LCHF had been going for a lot longer than Noakes has been promoting banting.
I asked myself 3 years ago, what made Noakes change his mind and started doing research myself note just on some arb websites and blogs, but reading those that linked valid research papers as well as actually reading through lots of published research, what I found was enough to measure me realise that a lot of what we understand about nutrition is flawed or wrong and we been involved in one of the worst experiments in human history and is really indicating that they got it wrong with nutritional recommendations about 40 years ago.
Take it or leave it
His not well respected. Noakes is not well respected.
Your health blog was rubbish. Everyone can create a blog as we saw in your link.
But again, I am not against this LCHF, I'm just against the whole thing where most people I came across had no idea what they are doing and go into this blindly.
I know LCHF works (Within reason), that is not the issue I have, again my issue was with general public not knowing what's right and wrong.

@DrewChan Only saw the OP now. Do you want to add me in there as well. I started LCHF. Starting weight 131.6kg. Current weight 129.3kg. Big Goal 100kg, baby step goal 120kg by end of February.
Ok please move this discussion to a thread of its own...
It is obvious you guys are not going to come to a compromise. So rather then fill this thread with back and fourth replies about who knows more, create a new thread.
I'd be happy to, but we keep having the same debate with Thor in multiple threads and he keeps posting his stock in the mud views on any other thread he gets the opportunity to, if he can't understand basic science or how to use links to research then he's a last cause, he says anyone can create a blog site and yet most of his references are to excactly that. I'd rather believe a scientific approach than his.
Was just about to ask you guys. So due to various reasons I do not wish to discuss I have now "transformed" into the vegan way of life.
But no taken diary and meat is a no go, I was left basically with soy as a protein source.
Is that really that bad ? Will it affect estrogen levels dramatically?
Explains the brain atrophyI Don't know what he is doing here in any case. He turned Vegan.
