Can't believe how easy it is for you guys to put up so much weight. Currently at 68Kgs and quite short at 5'5. Target is 85. Boy, can't we do a body swap?

:erm: What do you mean? Weight without an indication of height is meaningless. Did they post their respective heights?

After 10 weeks, I think I'm at my lowest weight for at least 15 years. Ive hovered around the plus side of 100kg mark all this time.

Started 103kg
Yesterday's Monday weigh in 94.6kg

Good job. Just remember, it takes 7 years for fat cells to die so keep it off for 7 years and thereafter it will be easier to stay lean! :p

In the interim the fat cells only shrink and hang around waiting for you to replenish them, evil bastards! :D

Why, I thought popcorn was healthy? I have a box every week at the movies.

Im confused? Why do you want to be obese? At your short height, 85kg will be obese...unless you want to build muscle then see you in the 2020 thread. Also, its very easy to put weight on. Saying that you cant comes across that you are a @#$!
