The cool thing about bodyweight exercises is they're all about progression. You can start on whatever level you want and it'll work like hell. Then there's so much room for improvement.

6ft around 115kg. Down around 25kg so far but not going to bother with bodyweight yet... maybe some light stuff, but definitely no pull ups/dips.
Hmm, yeah. Could be a bit hectic. Definitely keep it in mind though. The 5x5 stuff will make you stronger in the right ways so you'll cope with them easier when you do start, as well.

Yip. I think it's generally meant as a good starter program. So eventually you'll have to move onto something else.

Throw in a few isolation exercises, and add in some cardio? Mix it up....

Im not in this thread often, but thought I would share an interesting experience, I have been playing tennis for around 4 months, I have lost considerable weight considering the fact I still eat out a fair amount and my diet is not perfect.
I believe healthy balanced eating is a good addition to weight loss, however don't forget exercise..... it helps a LOT
