Weight loss

I usually run one street and then walk the other and repeat with my one dog. But now she broke the leash and almost got killed by a car. If the leash snapped like 2 seconds earlier she would be dead =/
 
Anyway, I see a lot of guys here actually want to get the the "6-pack" stage...and to go from 13%bf to 8-9%bf is super difficult. At that stage, you do not really see 'lost cm's' anymore.

I agree.
My point is not always valid especially in the beginning phase of weight loss when often nothing happens.
And as you've mentioned later on when there's not much fat left to loose.

I read that when your body is at a certain bf% (different for everyone I guess) that it actually wants to hold onto the fat.

Healthy stuff can be delicious - frozen corn has next to no calories - add that to a nice piece of hake with some broccolli

i have difficulty running for very long, i have no idea why, just never could run for a long period.

Currently run on the treadmill for like a 2/3 minutes, then walk and recover, then run again.

Any other suggestions, tried to do the circuit yday, yoh, i was bushed...:wtf:

Then don't, running has no fundamental impact on weight loss

Nevadays - calorie apps like myfitnesspal will often rely on user input - don't take it as law
227 is almost half a bag.

A serving size is probably 50 - 100gr
