Weight loss

Did a sneaky mid week motivational weigh in this morning. Won't tell but it's looking good ;)
 
My 'water' salad did have cheese in.
Might be cheese with 28% fat but still cheese :D
 
You need to get rid of the fear that fat is bad. Fat is good.

it took me awhile to get past that conditioning, as a kid my mom always used to say I was going to grow up to be a surgeon as I used to excise with precision every single piece of fat from any meat she put on my plate, then in my 30's I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and had it hammered into me by my doc at the time that fat was bad and no more red meat etc
 
My minds screwing with me - I'm gonna give up guessing - have a friends bday this weekend - so at least one day I am gonna overload on sushi ^_^
