Weight loss

Thanks d3nz

I'm eating soups, Veg curries like lentils n chickpeas, grilled fish n chicken, salads, more veg steamed roasted etc. Occasionally rice n couscous with the curries.

Just need to dig up some recipes to find new ways to make/flavour the same foods

I don't know if you want to try this, but here's some ideas.
Veg curries that worked for me are cabbage, butternut ,yam and green beans. You can add chopped bacon/chickpeas in the butternut curry. Peas are a bit high in carbs but I make a tasty peas chutney with boiled egg.Meat, you can make chops chutney, fish chutney, prawns chutney with boiled egg, chicken curry with yams. Many more, but my brain's gone blank now.

Meh have not had breakfast or lunch. Just not hungry at the moment.

I'm sure you know the million and one reasons why you should never skip breakfast...anyhow as your starting weight is a mere 61kg its cool.

Pumpkin is not a good veg choice, oh no

Poor calorie choice: Very high in calories per gram

I added to my celery snack some cheese and tomato and bell pepper!

CICO is an inaccurate way of judging metabolism.
Calories are calculated by burning food and monitoring the resulting increase in water temperature based on this burning.

The body works on chemical reactions

Where is the correlation?

Pour acid on your one foot, and set the other alight, once done monitor the time it takes to obliterate said foot ^_^

One of the big problems with the internet: If you type in a term, you will likely find articles agreeing with you
