Not forgetting Virgin Mobile's R50 prepaid voucher lasts for 90days before it expires ! haha MTN and Vodacom both give you only 30days on the 30rand airtime vouchers.

+also Virgin prepaid is just like a data bundle(<R2 per meg) except you can phone and SMS as well!

Unlike converting/Buying Voda and MTN data.

The only MTN/Voda voucher I know of that expires is the MTN R15 one.

ok maby I misunderstood the 30days counter on the plastic wrapped vouchers. But im sure they wont let you keep airtime without using it.

I know with MTN all you have to do is make a chargeable call every 90 days, not sure of Vodacom's exact policy.

that 90 days is for getting access to the network.. Then your airtime has a life span of its own lol.. I never kept my airtime long enough to see it dissapear. But I thought it did. Now I will be much more concervative with my spending :p

thanks.

And now MTN has made their prices exactly the same as Vodacom, signalling an end to competition in the SA 3G arena.

The consumer loose again.
