What is going on at MWEB?

I am so glad I left Mweb when the news broke.

I am seeing more and more people complain about mweb's throttling.

Has anyone managed to figure out what the "mythological limit" is?
 
So, this is what is on the mweb facebook page

"'our current sales campaign is business as usual on our side. Also like in any business, if you want to grow, you need to attract new business.'"

So it appears that for MWEB it is normal to upset their client base, ask them to f..k off and new get new customers to upset?? They have the strangest business model.... I wonder what the shareholders are thinking ... assuming they think. Arrogance and ignorance seems to come together seamlessly at MWEB!!!!

As a successful business man, the answer is simply yes. If any of my business managers lost business like this I would get rid of the guy. Firing him is difficult under current labour laws. Bad press like this is no good for any business. And to ignore the social media is suicide .... a lesson Woolworths and SAA learnt the hard way.
