Plain and simple steak, fresh salad and some creamy cheesy cauliflower mash.

That's the type of thing that I normally make for myself.

You just plate it much better.

I know he's right but I love pulling his legs....
No time for cameras at functions - it's too hectic....just take them quickly on a cell phone. A friend has offered to come to my next big function and take professional pics.
