Crab and mussel starter followed by roast leg of pork with roast veggies, butternut, carrots and peas (with mustard and apple sauce). Homemade Christmas pudding with custard and ice cream for dessert.

Got some tuna steaks from my brother in law, so rolled them on some coconut shavings and soy sauce.

Quinoa and mango, avo salsa on the side with plain double cream yoghurt.



Was amazing. Just wish the cilantro was fresh.

Bit gatvol for Xmas left overs now.

Are we the only family to overdo it each and every damn year? Even when we plan on going smaller it still ends up way too much.
