Eisbein. With garlic parmesan mushrooms, rice and mom's homemade mustard.

Leftover pork will be used in tortilla wraps for tomorrow's lunchbox.

Wife got the hairy crackling part and loved it

Where do you find all this halloumi?

I never see it in the shops.
Checkers always have a bunch. But they are usually not at the cheese shelves like cheddar and gouda. They are at the exotic cheese section where there are also a bunch of bottled preserves.

Also at Spar usually close to the imported cured meats.

Sure I've seen at Food Lovers as well.

Biggest range or stock is usually the Meze Braailoumi. But there are almost always other brands as well. Albeit a bit less.
