I don't see how they can take away an award from 2009 - it was won by Etai fair and square - so what if the new place closed - jump Fail.

The new place is still accepting money - and not providing the goods - its not about taking the award away, but more about warning users that the site is no longer "award winning", or endorsed by Jump :p

There's two orders so far - Martins brother who had to have the credit card company reverse the transaction (and they won't do that without investigating) and the latest one.

You're a Sharks supporter so I'll cut you some slack for not reading the thread :). Awesome Currie Cup final this year!

The creation of the thread really wasn't a knee-jerk reaction. It was more of a last avenue to find out from someone what was going on Digital Addiction. Phones were not being answered, e-mails were ignored for at least four weeks. After that we gave up and managed to get charges reversed. The owner of DA was also PM'd on this forum. Still haven't heard a single thing from DA about this screw-up. Not even a follow-up e-mail. They at least seem to be answering phone again according to a recent post in this thread and they may have a new owner. Hopefully he/she can salvage this company's reputation.

Dude ... I am totally for this thread if no one helps these guys out ... but don't you think it's a little out of your place to make these useless remarks here? From my perspective, I see you attempting to reduce the reputation of the competition in a direct sense ... that's slightly unethical.
You're better off not saying anything in a thread reporting bad things about your competition ... trust me ... if you reply in your own personal capacity, then fine ... but you are replying under the PCDirect brand? I don't know how many other people see this in the same light, but it would surely affect my perception of PCDirect...
 
This pc direct oke is a such a chop dude.

I avoid his website like the plague. It's actually shocking how someone who runs a company can act like such a chop. If anything i would rather chance my like with digital than buy from pc direct haha.
