Vodacom R9 = 10MB = 30mins
MTN R10 = 20MB = 60mins

Any confirmation on whether its free for Cell C? I'm thinking it utilises P2P webrtc, so probably not.

Even with cellc in bundle rate of 15cent per MB, this is very cheap voice calling.

yes definitely the cheaper of the big 3. Equates to about R1 = 20mins.
