I do the complete opposite I avoid turbos.
A Turbo is an extra moving part that can break.

A Turbo is an extra moving part that can break.

In the modern world it’s a pretty simple and straight forward part that doesn’t just break while offering incredible value and changing the entire experience.

Alright. You're on probation though.

It's a Continously Variable Transmission. Basically, instead of having actual gears like a normal manual or automatic car, this one has pulleys which change size as speed and revs change. They aren't all terrible, but CVTs on cheap cars are universally bad and tend to wear out or fail sooner than normal gearboxes. They're also extremely unfun.

R350K for a single guy both paying a bit more for a better car or paying less for cheaper runaround vehicle would be better options would be better options. These day that's the price point that'll have you double guessing your decision.

That's exactly what seems to be the problem. Nothing really stands out in that price range they're all pretty meh.
