I use WebAfrica because they were the only ISP that would allow me to pay by EFT. I DO NOT DO any form of debit orders. WebAfrica however has not made a very good impression during the sign up stages. Plenty unanswered phone call and extremely slow on responding to tickets.

Using Rocketnet through Vumatel fibre. At the time I signed up, it was the cheapest option for uncapped and unshaped 20 Mbps connection

Accelerit - 20/2 @R653, network is great+cheap. The period when they upgraded their payment system was a nightmare. Support kinda relies on one guy.

I use Axxess as they had been the No1 ISP in SA on a number of opportunities and lived up to their reputation. They are also near me so I can visit them in person to resolve issues

Afrihost - Been with them for years and apart from the occasional slip or two the service has been good. Pricing also fair.

Had a wireless package with Snowball, and switched to their Cell C LTE offering when the wireless service deteriorated. I am moving to Frogfoot Fibre with Vox, as soon as its availalble.

Using Afrihost (Fixed wireless) with CellC LTE on a 100 GB package. Had only minor issues that were resolved speedily.

Use Telkom mobile as there is no fibre, landlines etc in our area anly mobile networks. Telkom is the cheapeast and only reliable network in this area. Vodauseless and Mtnothing are on and off all the time and they steal your airtime. Cell C is cheap but almost always no network.

Telkom - have no choice, Fixed LTE uncapped is through Telkom. However from a pricing view point, 50mbps at R599 per month is not bad, only problem is when you reach your cap.

Your feedback is really valuable to us.
I use Telkom.Have been using them for years. The service I received is good ,I have a huge softcap and the service has been consistent and reliable.

Cool Ideas - Because of all the hype.

Great local connection, but international speeds lacking even compared to Web Africa. Customer support also takes forever to reply to tickets. Not overly impressed so far.

My previous ADSL connection was with Mweb, I chose Mweb as they have always had a reputable name in the ISP world, as soon I could move over to Fibre I did so, I stuck with Mweb as it was the easiest, and most affordable for me as I did not have to pay for the installation costs relating to fibre. Their support has always been second to none
