Which side are you? ...

My mate's argument on why any guy would roll a female char is this:

"If I have to stare at someone's ass for 70 lvls and beyond ... it might as well be a cute one"

Lol, too true

I'd rather play in traffic than role a male Draenai

you joke like that ... I just rolled a Nelf druid ...

Now if I just can figure out why I choose the most ugly, scary looking beasts for my hunter as pet  Ravager, black wolf and black raven.

Male blood elves at least look vaguely manga :P

And anyways my belfs are all femme :P

Mm, makes me think back to an age old alliance argument about Night elf and human females that are wearing g-strings while Dwarf femals wear grandma undies. What is the Blood elf preference? :p

Of course the corollary is not quite right: guys who role females as their "alter egos"; are you trying to tell the world something, eh? :p

That is just the thing, you may role a char as your "alter ego", I role mine as a game toon that looks pretty  I have now 7 level 70s and don't really associate myself with any of them, even the people with me in the guild uses my real name when communicating with me...

hehehe, my draenai dude is helluva funny :D at least he looks like a tank. He's a pally aptly named "Baksteen" :D

Eish, If I had a hunter i'd go for the coolest pet names...I told my mate to name his pet hyena "Steve".

I'd get the following ones:

Zebra thing in barrens - and call him "Kwagga"
Raptor - and call him "Roflsaurous"
Giraffe - and call him "Camelhorse" (kameelperd)

I miss my ranger in guild wars ... he had the coolest panther ever, named "Marvin". Marvin was such a big boy :(

Meh, my biggest problem with Alliance vs Horde is how seldom it's equal level players fighting.

One of my most memorable moments leveling my Priest was about an hour spent in the caves in Arathi Highlands, ganking and being counter-ganked by 1 Huntard my level.

Apart from that it's generally people higher trying to pick on lowbies.

This weekend I had some 70 Retloladin molesting Tarren Mill and toying with lowbies. He stunned me (playing on an alt) and then some Rogue 3 levels above me decided to take the opportunity to try show off his madsk1llz by killing me while stunned.
Unfortunately I'm not a Huntard so he died choking on an Arrow.
Later I'm busy running around herbing and I spy a gnome my level. I'm debating whether or not to mount up and squash him coz gnomes are KOS to me when I see him attacking a guy 6 levels lower then him.
So I trampled him into the dirt.

I don't see why people stir with lower level chars. Theyr'e just asking you to bring your main and laydown some hurt.

THAT is not a horde vs alliance thing, it happens to both sides. Some people just have to demonstrate their dominance against low levels.

(I do the same when doing Alterac Valey and a level 61 horde run past me, go home child this is War, no prisoners shall be taken)

I had the same problem in STV this weekend, where some 70 NE Rogue was ganking the crap out of me. Literally chasing me down and one hitting me. I truly have no idea why. It achieves nothing. And there is no skill to it whatsoever.

That's just the thing ... you CANT go around picking on lowbies, because 9/10 times it is an alt. So he logs his 70 and smears you all over the wall, resulting in you bringing out your 70 and then he brings his buddy and you bring your 3 buddies and he brings 10 from his guild and you bring your entire guild and at the end of the day you waste 2hrs of questing on comparing dick sizes.

I generally don't bother horde. I'll quest alongside them - and if it's to my advantage I'll even save them.

Example: you have to kill X amount of ogres. Hordie draws aggro, i help him take it down - then i pull aggro and he helps me - we finish quicker and there's no continuous ganking.

I also had hordies in a cave with me - i shadowed them and they cleared the path out - I took out any patrols coming from behind.

Another time I saw a druid in trouble in nagrand, so I killed a few of the mobs on him (simply because I was questing there and didn't want him harassing me) ... turns out later doing ring of blood, as we get there, there's a huge group of hordies. Said druid was amongst them and I assume he told them I was ok because after 1 of them attacked he apologized and we parked off making turns to do the ring quests.

It's really a waste of time doing aimless horde bashing, you get sooo many more kills in BG's anyway...besides, okes ganking lowbies are normally too scared to stand their own ground in the arenas.

Nah if i see somone pull a million mobs I generally let them die, but to be fair I do the same if it's my own faction from time to time when I could use a laugh.

Ag it depends hey ...

If i'm in a questing area and I see a lower hordie trying his luck I'll kill him once to show dominance, then continue questing around without hassling him.

I just sometimes honestly wish you could kill guys from your own faction. Some alliance okes are SERIOUS smacktards.

In the BG's you guys have it easy - in WSG everyone of the alliance wants to be the hero going for the flag - 0 team work. Hordies always win.

:( The other day I was tricked by a blood elf in a duel. His buddy was there as well.

I figured. "Hey a duel with an elf, why not"

Then I got flagged PVP and both of them kept wailing on me. And then camped my body. I felt so violated. They were 6 levels below me, but they were like 2 and one was a warlock with that moerse guy thingy.

*sniff*

I almost phoned my mom to complain, but she's only level 12 now
