Which UPS would you recommend

You see, this is where the **** doesn't make sense anymore.

7ah battery, for 6 hours

Based on my MAX usage based on the software, it is 16W, which means on a 9ah battery I should get 6.5 hours on the Eaton, and not the 50 minutes I am seeing

GGRRRR
It could be that your battery is just dead?

In the process of trying to return and get a refund on the Eatons ... the units are pushing out full power (by the looks of it), whether there is load or not. Nothing plugged into the 2000VA, it is still providing backup for 58 minutes.

How old is the unit (battery)?

I got a UPS made by APC. It has never failed in 10 years except when the battery was poked which happens. It took about a minute to swop the battery out.
Avoid junk like Zixxxxxaaaaa or whatever the brand of the month Matrix is currently carrying. Bateries don't last and you need to strip the cover off breaking retaining clips along the way to change the battery.

I think these Eatons is sheet or duds lol. I shut down the pc with the software showing battery capacity at 93% switched it off and unplugged all cables. After load shedding was over i plugged everything back in and the software now shows 63% battery capacity and runtime is bad 7min for a load off 78watt according to the software

Ok, so the RCT-650VAS has a 7ah battery, and managed to keep a notebook fully charged for 2 hours. Possible I guess, as keeping the battery topped up shouldn't take too much power.

However, I do believe I might have a dud:

Sons one connected to his PC:

One running my stuff downstairs (I currently have a screen plugged in to see what the load is):

I got mine yesterday, fan off when 100% charged.

Did you do the 6 Hour no load charge?

Have one of these. I replaced the 7ah battery with a 17ah battery and now it lasts about 14 hours.

You don't say? For your router and ONT?

How long have you had this WiBOX? For R999 this almost sounds too good to be true.

Please give more feedback! I will REALLY appreciate it!

I have a different named product but it is the same. Mine did not come with a battery.
I added a larger 30ah battery. Even after 2.5 hours mine still shows the battery at 100^ charged.
