Driving 100kmph in the right lane - I agree with you. Driving 120 - I disagree. Nobody has the right to break the law. That includes speeding.
Remember your speedometer are probably wrong anyway. All the new cars have a safety margin in their speedometers, so you should always drive left first. That is the first and most important rule, drive left, overtake right. I actually think it is the people that drive in the middel road that causes all this congestion on our roads. If I am in the fast lane and someone faster comes behind me, I can't move over because there is a long line off people driving 90-100km/h in the middle lane. I saw this yesterday aswell driving from midrand to pretoria, the whole left lane was open, but the two middle lanes were full of cars, and the people trying to go fast are then forced to overtake the people in the left lane. I don't agree with them either because the speedlimit is 80 still, but you have to stay left, if you are not overtaking. I found that staying left will get you there faster anyway, with all the people driving slow in the middle lanes.
