I take it you have never been to Southern Italy Northern Italy is first world but everything South of Rome is very much third world.

If MTN and Vodacom wants to regulate whatsApp then they must deliver a better solution because i have been fighting MTN for more than a year to get better signal in my location and nothing.... the excuse is "we are working on it"
I am located in Randvaal; about 2km from Suikerbosrand Nature reserve, between Alberton / Heidelberg and Meyerton; and you can not make a call and hold it for more than 3 minuets or it drops on MTN. the signal is tenable to say any thing about it.
