Wife cheated

Nevermind my wife, I will deal with her either through counselling or last resort a divorce.

Let's talk about the guy who put his penis in YOUR wife. And yes, she is still your wife! I will make sure he regrets it for the rest of his sorry little life.

Sorry for the situation OP, definitely a kak one. Out of pure interest what was her crude message and how did that get you suspicious enough to confront her?

Why? That guy doesn’t owe you anything. It’s strange when men behave this way. It’s your wife’s fault, don’t try to blame the other guy or take it out on him.

That depends. If the stranger is aware of her marriage or not.

It really doesn’t.

My ex did this to me 12 years ago. 13 years of marriage. We were doing well and had just come back from a holiday. Life seemed great. Yes I was working long hours to get somewhere and provide and this was a bone of contention with her. Then through a friend met this guy. Was suddenly going out a lot, staying late at work apparently. I knew something was wrong but she managed to hide it for 2 months. We got divorced in 2008 and it felt like the end of the world. She was with this guy for a year before she realised what a self absorbed douche he was, I had a new girlfriend after a few months. That lasted 10 years which ironically my ex held against me. I don't talk to my ex anymore and dislike he immensely. My eldest daughter stays with her and the rest of my kids who dislike her as well stay with me.

Where you are now is not a nice place to be because you are going to keep questioning yourself and wonder where you went wrong. Don't. Best of luck dude. Keep your friends and family close during this time as well.

Edit: What @abzob said...

What if there was no other guy? OP said after that fateful day, she was at home and showed no interaction with Mr B..
What if Mr B is just conjured to support her idea of creating hate to move back to parents?

Ok, done with my story time..

Sorry to hear what happened @James 77. You sound like you are level headed and I wish you all the strength to get through this. You are young, you still have much life left in you!
Thank you very much.

I agree, it could be the scenario that she made it all up. But that really means we meant nothing, if she can’t be honest with me. Then what’s the point.
She’s walking out with nothing,

This is a scenario I’ve wondered about. I’ve been trying to find out who it is, but she won’t say. And there’s no signs.
Hi, I'm sorry you are in this situ. It happens. You can unpack it one day, you might find she was unhappy for a long time beforehand, and as with all things in life, all problems stem from a lack of correct communication.

Finding out who she did it with is meaningless. He was the symptom of the problem in your relationship, a result of it. You will only feel better for a short time. Ignore this.

Best advice I've seen here, is get her to pack her bags, and have a driver drop her back at home with her parents. Seek legal advice asap. You have a contract with this woman, you need to see how this can and will financially affect you, and your next moves. But for now, you need to remove yourself from this situation. You cannot both be staying at the same house. If it were me, I'd give her until the end of the day to pack her things, and have an Uber arrive to get her. If it needs to drag out longer, go and stay at a hotel.

Thank you, I appreciate it. It’s ironic, we also just got back from a holiday and everything seemed perfect.

Moving on to better things

I would kick him square in the nuts if I ever see him  you are taking it really well considering half the forum would be in prison for assault or murder if somebody messed with their partners.
True, but OP doesn't know who it is. She isn't telling.

And that makes it sound like it's someone he knows...

You're wasting your time, you're driving yourself crazy with this question and you're making yourself hurt more. There might've been signs but you just missed them. Accept that she won't tell you who he is for whatever reason atm, but that it doesn't matter: she did this on purpose, she's still doing what she's doing on purpose because she still wants a divorce. She could've made it all up but that doesn't matter: she still wants a divorce. She still wants to go to her parents.

Stop.
Take a deep breath.
Accept that you might not get the answers you need/want.
And then do what's good for you. Take/Send her to her parents today because sharing a space with her - unless you want to work it out somehow - is bad. You're asking/doing the same thing over and over and you're not getting a different result. She's so far in to her head about what she wants (and probably guilt) you won't get through to her or get the answers you want.

Then give her 2 weeks to initiate divorce proceedings and if she doesn't then you do it.

Don’t worry, I will find him and it will end badly for him. It’s not going to remedy the situation, but it will definitely make me feel better.

Sometimes it's not worth it. Sounds like OP got the better deal. Hope he can forgive her for his sake, but move on he should.
Totally worth it. You have no idea how much I love wife. Any married women for what that matters should be respected and honoured. A woman want a man and husband. Not a wimp. Now deal with it. That man had no right to come close to his wife or any married woman. He needs to be put on his place.

Once you are divorced just don't rush into another relationship. That is the worst thing to do.
