WiFi Hotspot

I used a Wifi Hotspot in Bloemfontein a few months back in a shopping centre. Accoring to Vcom it's still available, and the connection box/antenna is right above my shop, but it's not working. I pick up other Wifi networks, but not that one. Contacted WirelessG, and they simply say it's not there's so they can't help. But when searching the hotspot locator, it's listed in the site as : Brandwag Centre Office Building 9300 Bloemfontein Free State Details
Any ideas who I can contact to get this fixed?

Brandwag Bloem is in fact a Telkom T-Zone site only integrated to the WirelessG network, but still managed by Telkom.

The WirelessG team has escalated the issue for Telkom's attention as the site is offline.
