Win 7 and Vodafone Sim

Hi gents

I am currently experiencing connectivity issues on my Dell laptop with Win7 32bit and Vodacom sim .
I can connect via the Voda sim , but unable to browse anything . This only happens on Win7 .
Win10 works perfectly. Any suggestions on how to resolve the issue .

Have you run the repair it should then offer?
