Win10 10122 vcomp110.dll missing?

Updated to build 10122 yesterday and now when I try and launch witcher 3 it tells me vcomp110.dll is missing. I've tried reinstalling MS Visual C++ 2012 as well as withcer 3 but still no go. The vcomp110.dll files is present in the system32 folder & I also tried copying it to the same place as the witcher 3 exe.

Any ideas?

Try rundll32.exe pnpclean.dll,RunDLL_PnpClean /DRIVERS /MAXCLEAN from an elevated prompt. Addresses issues not 100% related to what you're looking for, but worth a shot.

Updated to 10130 a few days ago and guess what happened? Yes the same problem is back again but this time the above fix is not working. Also uninstalled & reinstalled visual c stuff.

Any ideas?
 
Ok not to worry it's working again. I tried repairing/uninstalling/installing MS Visual C++ 2012 several times as a normal user or as admin and each time searching for vcomp110.ddl afterwards but fsckall/nada/zip/zilch was to be found! I was about to give up and just hit repair one more time and this time it frigging worked even though I did nothing different to previous times :wtf::confused:
