Window 10 updates

Please help me out here .According to Windows installation 10(64 bit) you need 20 Gig space . But Vodacom charges me for the last week 13 Gig for windows updates .Does this sounds correct.

I would like any responses , and it also seems that my meter connection is not working, or when you use a different hotspot do you have to manual change it to meter connection

To check your data usage, go to settings > network & internet > Data usage.
It will be broken down by service. Can't show you mine as my last cumulative update was on the 14 Feb, which downloaded on ~10th, so past the 30 day window of Window's data monitor. Should be along the lines of update.exe.
