Windows will not accept the old key, so it will not allow you to upgrade.
Should work if he fills the NEW key in during install ??

If Win10 even asks for an old key. Somehow I doubt it will...Should work if he fills the NEW key in during install ??

What's interesting is that they're actually making these builds available for download. Internally the builds are quite a bit beyond what we're seeing, but they have to make sure that what the public see is reasonably sort-of stable(ish). You can have a lot debugged but as new modules get baked in the team takes a decision not to release it because some sub-system is not ready yet.Very impressive how fast Microsoft fix the bugs.

As an aside, Microsoft knew that businesses would not go for Windows 8 anyway, which is why they took the gamble with Win8's Metro. Most businesses back in late 2012 were only starting the move to Win7, after extensive testing. Microsoft quite openly said many times in mid-2012 that they don't expect Win8 to be adopted by businesses, so that's hardly an indication of its success or failure. It's all there in our discussions in 2012.
I would love Microsoft to add a feature where you can drag an entire group of tiles.
I hope Microsoft will add the dragging of multiple tiles, I tried the CRTL + Left click tiles and this didn't work.
Yes, as you also have Windows 8 Compatibility mode in Windows 10.Is it safe to say that if it runs on Win 8.1 it will run on 10?

Is it just me, or can't you resize the start menu anymore?
