Worm/VB.7.V

Hi, I did a full system scan with AVG free 2011(just after I updated my virus definitions) and it didn't find any threats. A few hours later I logged onto my computed again and the Resident Shield popped up with a Worm/VB.7.V Threat Detected on open.

When I try to remove it says file inaccessible, and I can't open it in Windows explorer either.

Can anyone help my remove this threat?

Hey, at least you don't have computer problames!

Seriously though... you need to remove your drive... and scan it in someone else's computer who has an up to date virus scanner.
