XBOX 360 RROD Again :(!

Ok I so I did the removal of the x-clamps, got the arctic silver, bolts and washers ... XBOX worked for a month and now its RROD again :(.

Any ideas guys, I dont wanna get rid of it just yet!!
 
i got mine fixed by a guy in CT in Feb after it went RROd in December.
I've been working my xbox more now then before and it keeps cool after even 6 hours of non stop play.
this is actually amazing because y xbox is about 3+ years old.
 
I've fixed my Xbox's RROD three times in the last two weeks....

Starting to think the fix isn't going to last much longer.

At least now I know what my Game Voucher's going for end of this year...

If it works for 15 mins, take it to a second hand store and sell the console!
Keep all valuables and purchase another....
I don't feel a repair is worth it for you.
 
You can try re-flowing the solder under the GPU/CPU with a heatgun, you will find something on youtube on this. I used the trick on a Geforce 8800GT, but its the same idea with the xbox.
 
You can always just get an out of warranty exchange? It's R600 and you get a refurbished model with a year warranty.
 
I Repair Xbox 360 Consoles from all over the dutban area, I live in Pinetown/Westville area......so if you can bring your console to me I can fix it for only R300...

My fourth xbox has also just died.. Another R680 to swap it for a refurb that will probably die as well.. Im really sick of it
 
People have to start refusing to accept refurbished models. Basically Microsoft is simply getting these faulty products working again, then throwing back into the market.

like what. mine has been running for a year and my brother also have a ps3 for 3 years and still strong. ps3 has blu-ray support and the ps3 exclusive games looks briliant and psn is free. so all your Xbox fans. what makes it so special. give me proof.

Microsuck released another model but still no blu-ray support. ps3 can play hd movies very nice and the sound is awesome.
