Xbox Live SA

thanks , lets hope they actually do something about....would prefer free games over the subscription extension...and lets hope MS SA is up to scratch

having issues on xbox live on my 360 , still games with gold from February :( ...missing out on march free games ....

its working fine on my xbox one though ...
Just go and get them from the website

So I get sign on issue when my ADSL is logged in to a capped Telkom account, but it works fine on Afrihost capped account. Not really going to try get Telkom to help or solve, so I guess I'm over to Afrihost

Anyone else having problems here my Xbox doesn't want to connect to Xbox Live at all at home get NAT is open and all is good but when I log into the store it gives me an error code, and I am with Webafrica but at work I have no problem and its a different ISP so is it the settings on my modem or is it my ISP that's the problem?

My ps4 connects with no problems at all.

So when I use same router but Afrihost instead of Telkom, my problem goes away. So ISP can definitely cause issues

Mine are capped one is shaped the one that works is unshaped (at work)

I spoke to MS they say I have to port foward the ports on my router not sure if that will help at all :wtf:
I already set up all the port forwards, didn't fix the problem. Also doesn't explain why my other isp works perfectly without any port forwarding

So get a trial account from another ISP and see if it works is what you are saying :-)

Also been having problems with Xbox Live forever now at home.

Always tells me: Your network is good, but there are some Xbox service issues.

I've tried different routers, port forwarding, different ISP accounts and the same crap the whole time. I have a 8mb DSL line.

Decided to go test it out at work on our Seacom fiber line and all works perfectly, could update, play, everything. So I'm really at my wits end to what the problem can be.

So frustrating!!

I have been having problems for the past week. Same thing: "Your network is good, but there are some Xbox service issues"

I'm on MWeb ADSL.

When I put the console on my cell's hotspot (Vodacom) it connects perfectly. The problem is that downloading big games and updates over mobile is expensive. Curiously, I can then move the console back to my ADSL connection and it will continue to work perfectly until the next time I wake the console.

From all I've read this seems to be a networking problem rather than Xbox live itself.

Very annoying
