Yeah...

- One option could include Activision exiting the UK for another European country in a bid to remove itself from the CMA's jurisdiction. Its games could continue to be sold via a distributor. One rub is that any such decision must be taken by Activision to avoid breaching merger laws that stipulate that merging companies must be managed separately and independently until they actually close.

Yeah I don't see Activision blocking that if they want the money.

They could maybe negotiate an extra billion or 2 for relocation costs etc...

Lol not for a few years at least. Series X and PS5 are still going very strong from a horsepower perspective. Sony or MS would be nuts to announce a pro model now.

never know these days lol but yeah if i can get another 3-4 years or more il be happy

cos i remember woith the 360 they did away with games that work on it so you had to upgrade

Even if a hardware refresh comes along, it will likely not be a big deal to existing customers because the Series X and PS5 don't have thermal or acoustic problems as the prior gen initially did.

That reasoning does not compute for me. Why look at only EU market share? What if Microsoft was 100% everywhere else?
 
Watched Summerfest the other night and Lies of P looked amazing.

Demo available now, played a bit and I'm definitely playing this day 1 on GamePass when it releases.

Locked to performance mode, so far its quite Smooth (then again I do play on a TV with VRR and what not, so if there was drops its most probably not noticeable).

Can't wait for the showcase tonight, don't wanna get to hyped but geez Xbox if ever there was a chance for a big W it's today.

Leaks already giving it a W with the Persona games that will coming to Xbox.

My big ones for tonight excluding Starfield.... Hopefully seeing Hellblade 2 and Avowed (wouldn't mind some sort of gears 6 update but I think that's still a while off) and if Perfect Dark is shown, I'll most probably burst into tears
