I was watched it as well, I think it's a mixed show case and being more of an Xbot than a pony, don't really see all the issues the majority of ponies found on social media, don't know if they were expecting banger after banger on a God of War Playstation exclusive scale.

Don't think I heard a release date for Spidey though think it was just said to release fall.

Same here they have their master, and once he/she/it speaks unfortunately all reasoning goes out the window there
 
I see the appeal hearing between Microsoft and the CMA happened today.

CMA requesting more time for an appeal case with the judge not giving any, trial set for July and to be concluded in 6 days.

I'm no legal expert but from what I've read this is apparently good for Microsoft as it is interpreted as the judge not believing the CMA ruling was "correct" and don't have a case to defend the ruling.

Korea also approved the deal with no concessions so that's about +/-38 for the deal with 2 against (CMA/FTC).

Hopefully this gets sorted soon and all us xbots can play Diablo.......... On GamePass

From what I read and understand Microsoft gonna go ahead ruling or not. The only diff is what happens with ActiBlizz in UK. If Microsoft does not close the deal before the end of July, they will have to pay $3 Billion.

Battery life compared to the Steam deck could be a deciding factor when purchasing this I would think.

There's no way my kid lets me play that in peace. As it is I have to wait for him to go to bed...
