Well if 1Tb S was out on release I probably would not have had a 4K TV.

Had the White 512 gig & a 1080P TV on launch.
Ran out of space so wanted to upgrade. Expansion cards cost an arm & half a leg

Bought an X for more space
Bought a 4K TV one month later cause what's the use of a 4K console and a 1080P TV. :)
 
I wasn't as impressed with the show as I thought I would be. a LOT of 'meh;'.
HELLBLade.....felt they should have said' watch it Day 1' instead of play. When the **** are they going to stop passing in game cutscenes off as an indictator 'gameplay'??

Avowed gave me Dark Messiah Might & Magic vibes, which is not a bad thing, and I hope they can pull it off, because that game was so ahead of it's time, warts & all.

Without a doubt the biggest surprise and I am now keen to finally get into it, is MS Flight Simulator. GORGEOUS!!

and of course, the only game worth salivating over this year, which actually had me utter.. ****....
STARFIIELD.
Brilliant move getting ID involved with the shooting/action. Exponentially better than what we saw first. Game is looking fantastic.

& overall, the number of female protagonists is too damn high!!

thats what will happen to me ...but im happy with 4k

the s was a big upgrade over the normal xb1

now my poor son plays on the xb1 and i cant see him suffering like that ...for him its the best he is 7

but i feel sorry lol

so want to upgrade this year

but doubt il go get a 120hz tv just for some extra looks

Yeah if you don't have a 120 Hz TV then you probably won't even notice what you're missing. As long as it's 4k. Most games only go to 60 FPS anyway.

But you'll definitely notice the performance difference between the two. With S you're always going to get the leftovers, devs will always focus on making X the best version first and then try to optimise the S version...

X is also almost 4 times the power draw

In 3rd person games, this is a Plus. Hell even my Diablo 4 Necro is a female.

1st Person I always play as male (cause its me shooting)
3rd person I always play as female:
A Its not me.
B Prefer to look at a women's rear than a male ;)

The only time I play as male is if you can pomp other chars. I don't want to play as a female trying to romance a bunch of dudes...

With Starfield coming in September I will need to get another annual Gamepass (via Xbox Gold conversion) subscription. I also have a feeling that MS might end this conversion loophole or even up the pricing before Starfield launches...

CDC keys still the cheapest?
