After 102 hours AC Odyssey has come to an end... Cut off the cult's head, interesting plot twists there, esp in the Atlantis Expansion.

Guess up next gonna either start new age Tomb Raider Saga (Which is currently trading for not a bad price either)
All 3 definitive editions for only R360

I'm still impressed what this little white box is capable of.

Edit: And seeing that I "might" lose my PS3 collection decided to re-buy Capcom Arcade Cabinet + All-in-one for Xbox while on sale.
If I only knew back then what I know now :(

I'm on level 44 and about 50 hours in now. Tired of the grinding though.

Now we talking:

I was looking at Vikings just the other day
Had Hard Corps:Uprising on PS3, great game esp if you an old Contra fan.
Also would give truck racing a go and compare to other racing games.

Guess it depends on how you approach the game i guess?
I used the story mode just to unlock maps then clear out said map with self challenges like seeing if I can clear all camps before sunrise or rob all houses without casualties and so on.

Must add I did zero side quests, just the main story + Expansion quests.

Either way I had fun, maybe someday when I'm board I'll load it up and check out side quests.

I like AC as well, granted the last one I played was AC4 which looked stunning when out on the open sea.

Origin & Odyssey and I suspect Valhalla is nothing like the ones before them, they approach more of a Far Cry/Open World type of gameplay.

They tried that sort of thing with AC4 and sailing around the Caribbean was fantastic. Even if it was only at 900p

Funny enough I haven't played Black Flag yet, its up next in my AC que but giving Assassins creed a break for a bit before I kill the series for myself.

Played some Tomb Raider day before yesterday <-- not really a fan of the press X to continue type of games but giving it a go.

Fired up Warhammer Inquisitor last night and I think I found my next fav....

Black Flag is easily the best AC I've ever played

The first TR did the quicktime events a lot, the second one had a few but not anywhere as many. The second one was more like Uncharted

Sorry to say, not a fan of Uncharted either :D

Guess that is also why I don't feel the pull to PlayStation as a lot of the exclusives are em interactive movies.

I enjoyed them back in the day, but it's the same as I played all 3 Resistance games on the PS3, I got a PS3 cause I was a Sony boy having had the previous 2. But after a few years the PS3 got less and less attention and my 360 was dominating, with more online play, more stable servers to connect to, better community for COD and such. And I really enjoyed the Gears series, to the extent I am replaying them with a buddy again.
I tried Killzone on the PS3 sure it was pretty, but it was clunky and had some really odd mechanics, I tried The Last of Us, I don't get the hype on that game, I really don't. I tried the David Cage games, I mean sure it was an interesting badly animated movies most of the time, but was it a game? God of war was about the only series I had some real fun in it, until that was overmilked.
As you say it's probably why the Sony pull hasn't interested me since the launch of the PS4 back in the day was look we have the last of us Remastered?
Now by I mean similar to Uncharted for ROTTR I mean it's got less quick-time events and a bit more puzzles to figure out. But if you're not into that style of gameplay don't try it :). It is also a really good looking game with the options to go enhanced, framerate boost and 4k.

Don't know why but I loved the grinding in Odyssey. I did every side quest in the game. Everything I could find. I just found the game super relaxing to play.

Outriders should be on Game Pass today. I haven't checked yet.

I'm probably going to finish Desperado's 3 this weekend and then jump into Outriders.

I'll wait a tad to see reviews updates re bugs.
From what I have seen there was still plenty of bugs in review copies.

Besides I just started Warhammer Inquisitor and am loving it.

I'll get outriders as it's on gamepass, nothing lost if it sucks and I did enjoy the demo somewhat.

Been waiting for this.

I loved The Division and this seems right up my street...
